My 10 things post is based on my 'health kick'. I'm trying to be healthier and lose some weight. So here are 10 goals I'm trying to keep up in this regard.
1. jog every Saturday morning
2. drink only water with my meals
3. only one cup of coffee a day
4. make my lunch at work - eat out only once a week
5. eat only one serving - don't get seconds
6. no soda
7. do an hour workout video once a week
8. walk whenever I have the opportunity
9. drink soy milk
10. snack on fruit
