Card for a challenge

I made this card for an Embellish challenge.  I don't think I won...so here's my entry.  I really like this card. All products used are from Stampin' Up!  Supply list will be at the end of this post.
The challenge was to use these colors and to use ribbon in a different way.  So I layered the ribbon atop each other, and added the ribbon band to make it look flat instead of a typical bow or knot.  I really love the colors brown and baja breeze - this is why they are more dominant.  But I do like how the soft orange is peaking out, highlighting the entire card. It's hard to see in the picture, but the butterfly is also colored with the baja breeze and orange color on th tips.  I am trying to take better photos to showcase all the detail and the bright colors - I'm working on it.. =)
Even though I didn't win, it was nice to try something new and different color combinations.  I will continue to enter into challenges as it helps me to stay fresh with my creations and challenges me to think out of my normal box of ideas.  Do you like to enter into creative challenges?  Try one out - it will be a fun experience and hey, you may even win some prizes!
Thanks for stopping by!
