One Layer Sympathy Card with Video | July SSS Card Kit

SIMON SAYS STAMP STAMPTEMBER

Hello there.  I purchased the July and August 2014 card kits from Simon Says Stamp.  Each came with a great stamp set and a lot of other goodies that will last me a while. I was happy to be able to use products from the July kit to make this card this week.  Though this card has a whimsical feel, it is a sympathy card.  I am hoping it will bring a smile to the recipient.
I was able to use the designer paper and stamps from the kit - but I also was able to use a new stamp I had from Denami Designs.  I purchased this box stamp months ago at a stamp expo and this is the first time I used it!  I was also able to use my colored pencils and Gamsol to color in the box.
It was nice to combine newer products with what might be considered older products to get a fresh look.
I hope you enjoy the video tutorial below.  Products listed below the video.
