DJ baby thank you card - clean and simple

SIMON SAYS STAMP - ANYTHING GOES CHALLENGE.

Since my husband is a DJ, my sister wanted to throw me a DJ baby themed baby shower.  She decorated with records and music notes throughout the house, the table settings, and even the food.
So I felt it was appropriate to make my thank you cards follow that same theme.  Since this is something custom, I had to create my own image that worked.
I had the onesie stamp image from an old stamp set that I've had forever, which I can't even link to.  The small music note was actually from the Teeny Tiny Backdrops stamp set from Lawn Fawn.  I simply inked up only one of the small music notes, rather than the entire background stamp to stamp the small music note on the onesie.  Thankfully the stamp is clear, so it made it easy to get the image in the right spot.
Additionally, I used the 'thank you' sentiment from a Hero Arts stamp set, Everyday Sayings CL342.  Very simply, stamped the sentiment three times to help fill up the card front and add interest.  It would have been very bare if I only stamped it once.  I like how it makes it more original and balances the card design.  I couldn't stop there.  I took my Holiday Shapes die from Simon Says Stamp, and used my silver glitter paper from Stampin' Up! - which I've had the 12x12 sheet in my stash for almost a year now!  So I was happy to use up an inch or so of the paper and die cut these small stars from the glitter paper.  Now these stars are teeny tiny, and I was using my Tombow Multi Purpose adhesive to glue them down, but it got messy and the glue leaked out the edge and got all over my tweezers.  So finally I used my other tool that needed some 'dusting off' - my Xyron mini sticker maker.  This made it a whole lot easier to stick these tiny stars down, and not get adhesive everywhere.  For a clean and simple design, I like how this card came out.
Not pictured was the back.  This was a postcard style card, meaning it had no fold, no inside, it is simply a card front.  On the back, I used washi tape and taped a 3x4 photo of my new baby.  I taped only the top of the picture so they can flip it upward and underneath the photo I wrote my thank you message.  It turned out quite well and was somewhat easy to mass produce since I had to make 25 of them!
Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you are inspired to make a clean and simple card and use those stamps and older tools and supplies.
